Property Development in Fort BonifacioThe location of Fort Bonifacio is perhaps the single most important aspect that may assure it of its pre-eminent position in the real estate market until the next decade. Also forthcoming are the following residential developments, to wit: Serendra of Ayala Land, Forbestown by Megaworld Corporation, Philtown Inc.’s Fairways Tower, Fifth Avenue Place from Robinsons Land Corporation and Kensington Place and Hamptons Place of the G&W Architects. All these development projects further reinforce Fort Bonifacio’s premiere position in the real estate market. And with such sprawling landscapes, the view will certainly be something to behold.
